Refund and Returns Policy

1. Eligibility for Return

Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged during transit.

We conduct thorough quality checks before shipping, so damages caused after delivery will not be eligible for return.

2. Proof of Damage

An unboxing/opening video is mandatory as proof to claim a return or refund.

Claims without video proof will not be considered genuine.

3. Return Timeline

Returns must be initiated within 24 hours of delivery.

Any request after this period will not be accepted.

4. Refund Process

Refund will be processed only after we receive the returned product in the same condition as delivered.

Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 working days of approval.

5. Non-Returnable Cases

Products damaged due to mishandling after delivery.

Products without a proper opening video.

Return requests raised beyond the 24-hour window.
